Epping Rotary invites you to book a stall at our flagship summer event – Cars on the Green – on Saturday, 20 July 2025.

With more than 2,000 visitors expected, it’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your goods or services. We welcome a wide variety of stallholders, including:

• Food & Drink Vendors
• Craft & Artisan Stalls
• Charity & Community Groups
• Local Businesses

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday 20 July 2025
• Location: The Green, Epping
• Setup: From 8:00 AM
• Event Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Stall Includes:

• Allocated space (choose size and type below)
• Option to request electricity (if available)
• Free promotion on our social media

What You Need:

• Valid public liability insurance
• Food hygiene certificate (if applicable)
• Your own table/gazebo unless rented separately

⚠️ Limited spaces available – book early to avoid disappointment.

All proceeds go toward local community and charity projects run by Rotary Club of Epping.
